Why am I not receiving any Email Alerts?

There may be a few reasons why you aren't receiving alerts:

  • Your search criteria are too specific. Try selecting fewer options or removing keywords that you have entered. We're probably not going to have listings for orangutan zookeepers in Churchill, Manitoba every day!

  • You may have turned off your Alerts. From your Desk, scroll down to the "Saved Searches and Email Alerts" section and make sure that "Email Alerts are" is set to "On".

  • You may not have created any Alerts. Sometimes people register as a user, but don't set up any Email Alerts. Click here for instructions on how to create a Email Alert.

  • Your email address is wrong. Double check the email address in your account to make sure that we're sending Alerts to the right place.
