| Why can't people see the listing
I just posted? |

There may be several reasons why you can't see your listing on
the public side of the site. Here's what you should check:
- The listing has not been submitted.
- Log-in to your account.
- Look in your
"Drafts" folder.
- If your listing is there, check the box to the right of the listing and click the "Submit Draft(s)" button.
- The listing has not been approved.
- Log-in to your account.
- Look in your
"Pending Approval" folder.
- Approval will never take more than one business day. If it has
been longer than one day and you haven't heard from us and still
can't see the listing, please contact the HelpDesk.
- The listing is paused.
- Log-in to your account.
- Look in your
"Paused" folder.
- If the listing is "Paused", click the "Select" menu and click the "Reactivate" link to make the ad live again.
Double check that the deadline date has not passed already
- The listing is expired.
- Log-in to your account.
- Look in your
"Expired" folder.
- If the listing is expired and has not passed its maximum number of listing days, click the "Select" menu and click the "Exend" link to make the ad live again. Double check that the deadline date has not passed already.
If you have checked all of these things and still can't see your
ad, please contact the HelpDesk. |
