I thought I re-posted my listing. Why can't I see it?

There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to see a listing you just re-posted:

  1. The Start or Deadline Dates are wrong.
    • Log-in to your advertiser account.
    • On your list of ads, click the "Select" menu and click the "Edit" icon beside the listing you want to check.
    • On the posting form, scroll to the Listing Start Date and double check that it is accurate. Then check the Deadline Date to check that it hasn't already passed.

  2. The listing is paused.
    • Log-in to your advertiser account.
    • On your list of ads, look for your listing under the "Paused" folder.
    • If the listing is "paused", click the "Select" menu and click the button marked "Reactivate" to make the ad live again. Double check that the deadline date has not passed already.

If you have checked both and still can't see your listing, please contact the HelpDesk.
