Yes, almost. The listing options information shows up as a standardized sidebar so that volunteers can quickly scan the highlights for information like location and deadlines.
You can format the listing description anyway you'd like. Use the listing description tools to add bolding, bullets, links or other options to your listing information. It works much like a word processing application.
