I thought I re-posted my listing. Why can’t I see it?

There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to see a listing you just re-posted:

1. The Start or Deadline Dates are wrong.

  • Sign into your CharityVillage account, and click on the clipboard icon in My Desk. This will bring up the Manage My Listings options on the right side of the box.
  • On your list of ads, click the Select menu and click the Edit icon beside the listing you want to check.
  • On the posting form, scroll to the Listing Start Date and double check that it is accurate. Then check the Deadline Date to check that it hasn't already passed.

2. The listing is paused.

  • Sign into your CharityVillage account, and click on the clipboard icon in MyDesk. This will bring up the Manage My Listings options on the right side of the box.
  • On your list of ads, look for your listing under the Paused folder.
  • If the listing is paused, click the Select menu and click the button marked Reactivate to make the ad live again. Double check that the deadline date has not passed already.
