I just purchased an eLearning course. How do I access it?

Everything on CharityVillage that you have purchased is available from the "My Desk" feature at the top right corner of the homepage.

So here's what you do:

1. If you aren't already, log in

2. Goto My Desk and click on the graduation cap icon (eLearning)

3.  In the menu of options, click on "My Courses"

4.  In "My Courses", in the table that displays your purchased course, click on "Select" under "Actions"

5.  Click on "Start/Resume" and your course will launch.

If your course does NOT launch, it probably means your pop-up blocker on your browser is turned on. Disable this feature and then repeat steps 4 and 5.
