The Pacific Autism Family Centre Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic creative, analytical, and compassionate Office & Marketing Assistant superstar to join our Downtown Vancouver fundraising team!

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking for a broad range of experience in the areas of Administration, Fundraising and Marketing.


What you’ll do:

  • General administrative duties;
  • CRM database management;
  • Writing for various audiences;
  • Assist with event planning;
  • Assist with sponsorship sales;
  • Assist with event ticket sales;
  • Raffle / contest management;
  • Prepare grant applications;
  • Brand identity management;
  • Some graphic design.


What you bring:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in an administrative support position;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MailChimp, CRM software;
  • Proficiency and precision with spreadsheets and data / numbers analysis & entry;
  • Graphic Design skills with an understanding of brand management;
  • Fundraising and / or volunteer experience in non-profit;
  • Marketing experience is a definite asset;
  • Positive, helpful attitude with the ability to prioritize projects;
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality with regards to verbal / written communication and language;
  • Must have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.


This is a full-time Monday to Friday daytime hours position, although some occasional assistance & participation may be requested at certain (very fun!) fundraising events that may take place on an evening or weekend date.

Salary commensurate with experience.
