We are looking for an energetic, friendly and system’s-oriented person with training and/or experience in being an Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team. The organization has been without an EA for many years, and so you have an opportunity to provide significant leadership in shaping the position and getting our governance, senior leadership, and administrative systems to the next level (approximately 80% of the position). This position will also oversee the maintenance of our Quality Assurance systems, organizational plans, and processes required to maintain our accreditation with the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) (approximately 20% of the time).

The job’s starting annual salary range is $55,000 – $60,000. CMHA provides our employees with a defined benefit pension plan, extended health and dental benefits, paid sick leave, long-term disability insurance, group life insurance and this position will start with at least four weeks paid vacation. This is an excluded management position. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
