We are the Professional Association of Residents of Ontario, the official representative voice for all medical doctors training in the province. PARO seeks to protect and improve the rights, interests and well being of our members. Working as part of a PARO staff team that assists our members in bringing our strategic plan to life, your ability to juggle competing priorities comes as second nature to you.
You love working with people and get satisfaction when you help others be successful. You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal and are able to seamlessly blend a fun approach to work with a professional demeanor. You adapt to the job at hand and can independently take charge of general administrative duties efficiently and tackle more involved projects as part of a larger team.
You have excellent organizational and time management skills and are detail oriented. You bring added value by being able to synthesize information to help those around you find solutions.
