In this role you will work with the Manager, Call Centre to coordinate and supervise the various shifts of York University Advancement Call Centre activities including the recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and supervision of the day-to-day operation of the automated dialing system, which is used to contact over 100,000 of York University alumni, parents and friends on a yearly basis. The objective of the Call Centre is to deliver pertinent information to alumni, parents and friends, update demographical information, and acquire financial support for York University.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

A College diploma in Business or Marketing or related disciple. In addition, you will bring a minimum of two (2) years recent experience, including experience recruiting and supervising large teams. You will also bring experience working within Call Centres and familiarity with telephone solicitation programs as it is required. It is considered an asset if you bring experience supervising staff within a unionized environment. Fundraising experience is also an asset.
