What We Will Do Together

  • Provide general administration of all office functions – i.e.) maintaining office supplies, purchasing equipment, petty cash, management of office volunteers, creating expense reports, etc.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all external visitors to the office
  • Act as liaison with national support teams for IT, phone and equipment issues
  • Primary controller of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of revenue templates and bank deposits for the office
  • Process all donations and ensures donor information is provided to national office on a timely basis for tax receipting. Ensure that thank you letters and In Memory cards are processed on a timely basis. Follow-up on donation and income tax receipt inquiries from participants and donors. Ensure completion of gift program reconciliation.
  • Serve as an ambassador of LLSC with stakeholders and others by knowledgeably conveying LLSC key messages, LLSC and its range of services and the primary blood cancers and advances of research
  • Perform other related duties, special projects and administrative support to Regional Director as assigned

  • Applying your administration experience, preferably in a small business setting, where multi-tasking is a daily part of work life
  • Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exercising your good professional judgment and attention to detail
