Bonnie McPhee House is a residential program that assists women and girls who are trafficked and/or commercially sexually exploited to exit, become Survivors, and to be supported to reintegrate into the community. The team works to facilitate residential programming that is conductive to and facilitates a safe environment, positive changes, and trauma-informed care for its youth residents.
The Casual / Relief Residential Caseworker works as part of a team under the direction and supervision of the Program Coordinator and Manager (or designate). The individual assists with specialized day-to-day care and counselling to the young women residing in the Safe House program. They will be able to work well in a dynamic work and team setting. The Casual / Relief Residential Caseworkers participates in providing relief coverage to the shift schedule rotation as part of a 24-hour staffing model – this includes shifts during the day, afternoons, evenings, and overnight.
