Our team is growing and we’re looking for focused Coordinator, Fund Development professional to join us. This role is responsible for fundraising, managing donor relations and creating opportunities. This position is perfect for a dynamic person with a positive attitude who is excited to be part of a high-performing team. You will be working with key donors, volunteers, and stakeholders. 

Pacific Autism Family Network is a well-recognized non-profit organization. We have created a world-class autism center of excellence in Richmond where specialists provide diagnosis and treatments for autism and related disorders. We also provide job and employment training. Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising – major donor, monthly donor, grant applications, sponsorships;
  • Donor Relations –cultivation and stewardship support, some tax receipt administration;
  • Fundraising Events – help the team with signature fundraising event details and provide pre planned ;support to third-party event organizers;
  • Organization – help maintain donor information and prepare fundraising materials;
  • Writing briefing notes, newsletters, emails, presentations and more;
  • Administrative duties as required.

Qualifications/Experience Preferred:

  • 2-5 years work experience in a fundraising support or coordination role;
  • Experience working with customer/donor relationship management systems;
  • Wise judgement with confidential matters;
  • Superior organization, administrative, time management and general management skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Articulate, pro-active written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet search skills.
