The Sr. Administrator, Database Operations is responsible for providing customized mailing lists on request; generating complex recipient listings based on appropriate eligibility criteria and for coordinating and sending all email and fax communications to OMA members on behalf of the organization or OMA constituencies. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate, targeted mailing lists using outmost attention to detail
  • Sending emails to a targeted audience using mailing software.
  • Maintain database accuracy using check reports.
  • Various related administrative duties

Skills and Experience

  • Community College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Proficiency in English with strong oral and written skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Desire to learn;
  • Organized;
  • Conscientious
