Main Responsibilities

The Membership Services Representative will provide membership support and service for existing members and non-member Mainpro+ participants in a knowledgeable and professional manner. The Membership Services Representative will provide back- up support on a rotational basis for receptionist duties and be part of an evolving department leading to a Member Care Centre (MCC).
• Approve and process new applications
• Respond to all member & non-member Mainpro+ participant queries in a professional and timely manner (email, phone, letter)
• Confidence to make decisions, problem solve and recommend solutions for members experiencing issues with submission of applications, payments, etc.
• Process demographic changes for members & non-member Mainpro+ participants
• Process billing and correspondence for members & non-member Mainpro+ participants
• Process status letters for members, licensing authorities & credentialing bodies
• Support other Membership Administration Representative team members as required
• File new resident files and assist with other filing when required and as time permits
• Assist with the development of MCC process mapping
• Assist with the development of the MCC policy and procedures manual
• Be part of a rotational team to take minutes for MCC Team meetings
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager, Member Care Centre

• Actively take part in Member Care team meetings and Marketing and Membership Services department meetings
• Provide excellence in member and client service
• Work in accordance with all CFPC policies, procedures and processes, and federal and provincial legislation
• Demonstrate behaviours aligned with the CFPC Values in Action
• Work in accordance with all health and safety requirements
• Other duties as assigned
