The primary function of the Membership Retention & Recruitment Coordinator is to manage the retention, recruitment and member growth of registered nurses, nurse practitioners and nursing students through strategic marketing and by providing expertise in data analysis and digital marketing to create campaigns to engage members and non-members of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario.
This role is under a Collective Agreement, at a Level 8, with a starting salary of $66,196 and at the 4th anniversary the salary will be $84,060.
