We are hiring a Regional Campaign Manager to identify and develop multiple Team Leaders who can oversee smaller Fundraising teams across the region. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is entrepreneurial at heart and sees the potential of building and managing multiple teams in the long term.

Job Title: Regional Campaign Manager

Location: Toronto, ON 

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Hours: Full-time, flexible hours (35-40 hours/week) Monday through Sunday. Fundraising occurs between the hours of 10:00 am - 8:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train and mentor team to achieve company set goals and objectives. Assume responsibility for regional results and team performance.
  • Manage the performance of fundraisers and team leaders in accordance with set KPIs.
  • Be field-based up to three days a week to ensure a 'hands on' and 'lead by example approach.'
  • Manage up to three face to face team leaders and 10-15 face to face fundraising staff.
  • Conduct ongoing interviews and training's to build a dream team.
  • Lead daily motivational meetings to outline objectives for the day and provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Appraise individual results, set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations and create improvement plans for Team Leaders and Fundraisers.
  • Support in overseeing team logistics including; mapping out fundraising territories, tracking inventory, creating weekly schedules & monitoring time-sheets.
  • Ongoing discussions with the recruitment team and Direct Manager to discuss team performance and hiring needs.
  • Address staff issues, including but not limited to resignation, termination, and misconduct; directing any concerns to the Direct Manager and HR.
  • Travel across a number of regions to support multiple teams across the region.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in face-to-face fundraising  or sales
  • Team leadership/management experience 
  • The confidence in your ability to sign up new donors
  • Experience monitoring and reporting performance results and KPIs
  • A track record of training, coaching, motivating and developing fundraisers or sales staff
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
