An influential leader and seasoned regulatory professional, you are committed to public safety and responsive regulation. You take pride in leading a dynamic team that is prepared to respond when concerns about nursing practice or conduct are reported.
Whether you are addressing a complaint from a member of the public, or a report suggesting a health condition that impairs judgment, an ongoing competence issue or a serious misconduct matter, you are able to lead a team in evaluating risk and carry out a diverse range of regulatory responses from alternative dispute resolution to remedial resolutions and ultimately high risk investigations. Your expertise in risk assessment, professional regulation and procedural fairness ensure that investigative processes are rigorous, fair and efficient.
In a fast-paced, ever changing environment, you guide your team to manage change and focus on continuous improvement. Analytical and curious, you identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation. Your strong stakeholder relationships support the team and organization to seize these opportunities and reach for regulatory excellence.
Hiring Range: $129,224 - $134,723
Full Salary Range: $129,224 - $154,469
