Anishnawbe Health Toronto, a fully accredited community health centre, offers access to health care practitioners from many disciplines including Traditional Healers, Elders and Medicine People. We will be hiring a Diabetes Nurse Educator (RN) to contribute as an effective member of our Diabetic Education Team, in a full time continuing position.
