Supporting the Canadian operations, the role of CRM Administrator & Webmaster will be responsible for:

  • Design / build / update web pages using graphic elements, templates and style sheets
  • Build / test / send email newsletters and fundraising appeals using industry best practices
  • Direct and/or manage agencies, vendors and/or third‐parties working on the development of more complex tech requirements or other initiatives
  • Research and stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in online donor programs, web design, and usability standards, through industry publications, conferences, and seminars
  • Work in collaboration with external vendors and in‐house support staff to report ongoing issues
  • Manage administrative rights for all users on the donor database
  • Segment, code, and extract required data
  • Monitor and maintain all database tables within CRM systems
  • Provide data analysis and regular reports to internal stakeholders throughout the organization


  • Post‐Secondary Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Communications, Web Design or similar discipline), or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining corporate websites
  • 3+ years of experience with a web CMS platform
  • 2+ years of experience writing in Javascript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with 3rd party APIs
  • Advanced level proficiency in design development tools (i.e. Dreamweaver or other text editors)
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and the differences between mobile/desktop browsers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail; strong problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and data analytic skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Self‐starter with the ability to work independently with little direction


  • Experience with the use of Raiser’s Edge
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
  • Familiarity with Blackbaud products is an asset; (Luminate Online, TeamRaiser and Convio Online Gift Processing Platform preferred)
  • Non‐profit experience preferred


Work performed in a general office environment. Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment (computer, printer, etc.). Requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds. May require extended hours during peak periods. Also requires periodic participation and attendance at organization sponsored events and meetings.


The office is located in downtown Toronto at Bay and Adelaide.
