Bilingual Part Time Membership & Program Administrator - Permanent - 11796

About the Opportunity

Our client, a member-centric national not-for-profit association, located in the downtown core, is seeking a Bilingual Membership & Program Administrator. This role would see the selected candidate work approximately 22 hours per week over four days, for the academic year of September through June, with July and August off. 

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Relevant post secondary education with a minimum of three to five years of experience
  • Experience in Customer Service with priority given to those who have worked in a membership-centric organization
  • Have the ability to take on a variety of duties across the association; accept and work within competing and changing priorities
  • Organized enough to allow full time team members to pick up on any residual work that may be outstanding in your absence
  • The ability to work seamlessly in both English & French

About the Job

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Handle all incoming calls/ inquiries regarding membership, functioning as the Membership Administrator
  • Assists the Program Membership Manager with preparation of awards, certificates and general correspondence
  • Assists in the creation membership renewals, associated invoicing together with tracking/processing payment for updating in the CRM
  • Posting relevant information to the members on the associations’ website
  • Some Accounts Receivable/Payable
