Job Position: Transitional Housing Follow up Case Worker
St. Felix Centre is a non-profit community centre founded by the Felician Sisters, located in downtown Toronto. We provide compassionate service in a safe, welcoming and respectful environment inclusive of all religions, genders, cultures, and abilities.
We serve a wide range of clients including adults, seniors, recent immigrants and individuals and families who are experiencing poverty, homelessness and housing insecurity, trauma, violence, abuse, malnutrition, and mental illness.

St. Felix House is a transitional housing program for women who require safe, stable and affordable. Housing in order to move forward with their lives. Residents of the house are put into contact with all necessary social supports in order to facilitate their transition plans. The role of the Follow-Up Case Worker is a key element of the transition process as they will be responsible for supporting clients during and following their move-out from the transitional housing program. A focus on building community and social supports, as well as modeling and sharing eviction prevention tools will be integral to the success of this position.
Compensation - $19/hr
Work Schedule - 37.5 hours per week; schedule will include at least two weekend shifts per month to be agreed upon with immediate supervisor.
