We are a supportive, forward-thinking, dynamic team, looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator with 3+ years’ experience who loves to juggle multiple project tasks with ease, to join our non-profit organization.  You’ll be a great addition to our team if you find personal growth, constant challenges and making a difference in your community exciting. 

The Administrative Coordinator is vital for day-to-day Division operations.  The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks necessary to make the Division a functional organization, including preparing documents, maintaining databases, banking, preparing accounts receivable & payable, developing & managing call schedules and general office duties.  They will also support the work of the Executive Director & Division’s committees, arrange meeting logistics, prepare minutes and organize events.

The Administrative Coordinator will report to the Executive Director.  The Administrative Coordinator will be expected to be self-directed and will be able to work both independently & as part of a team, to contribute to innovation and to represent the interests of the Division in all interactions.  Proven proficiency in MS Office and excellent presentation skills are essential.  Availability for early morning and evening meetings will be required.
