Access Alliance is seeking a Proponent who has the expertise and experience to provide and implement IP PBX telecommunication systems at all Access Alliance’s three sites, enabling the organization to communicate internally and externally utilizing the latest VOIP technology. The IP PBX Solution will meet the requirements listed in Technical Specifications.
The outcomes of the telecommunication implementation are to (I) improve the overall functionalities of the telecommunication system and prevent prolonged service disruptions (ii) reduce time to wait for reception to answer (iii) achieve an increase in easy‐to‐use, and useful telecommunication features and functions to support greater administrative efficiency and effectiveness (iv) enable the mobile workforce to stay connected from any device and anywhere Internet is available (v) increase collaborations among peers (vi).
The selected Proponent will provide post-implementation support and maintenance as stated in Appendix I. The support and maintenance contract are subject to annual revision and renewal. Access Alliance reserves the right to terminate the support and maintenance agreement without notice.
