We’re heading up the search for a Senior Program and Communication Manager for a well-established GTA-based foundation.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Program and Communication Manager will provide leadership and support to ensure program objectives are met and provide guidance on program direction and policy development. He/she will: manage and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators across Canada and internationally; promote the organization to the community and various stakeholders in order to assist the organization in achieving its strategic outcomes; conduct due diligence and research on new collaborative partnerships and thematic areas; develop impactful content and manage all social and digital media; and assist with other special projects consistent with the vision, goals and strategy of the organization’s key initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a pro-active and engaged self-starter who has exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to build relationships, network, and communicate at a senior level. He/she will have demonstrated good judgment, discretion, tact and the ability to work easily with a diverse group of partners and stakeholders.
