The Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention
is seeking its new EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!
Since 1989, the Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention has worked to reduce the spread of HIV infection within Toronto’s African, Caribbean and Black communities while enhancing the quality of life of those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. With significant growth over the last ten years, Black CAP is excited to welcome their new leader, launch their new strategic plan and move boldly into the future.
Our new Executive Director is a visionary leader with transformative skills, one who dynamically engages the African, Caribbean and Black communities we serve, and demonstrates strategic and intentional leadership, capable of generating responsive growth. They have the ability to empower a highly skilled staff team to achieve our mission, through accountable and effective programming, community engagement, capacity building and solid partnerships. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operations, financial and systems management, programming, human resources, and community engagement.
We are looking for a self-directed, results-oriented leader who is rooted in and has experience working with African, Caribbean and Black (ACB) communities in Canada and has an in-depth understanding of HIV/AIDS issues within ACB communities.
Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000
