Job Title: Fundraising Campaign Leader
Job Type: Full-Time
Location:  Teams will meet at our head office located in the heart of Liberty Village (Toronto, ON) for a daily peer collaboration meeting prior to heading out to the field to fundraise.

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to create positive and meaningful differences in the world. The Fundraising Campaign Leader position will be a critical role in the donorworx Fundraising team. Your role will be to build a new team of 5-7 sales professionals who fundraise in various locations (street and door-to-door) to help raise awareness about our charity partner's work and secure ongoing donations. You role will be to lead from within your team, help develop core sales and fundraising skills and drive KPI’s by training, coaching and motivating your staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff who directly engage with the general public on a day-to-day basis, through street and door-to-door fundraising
  • Represent our charity partners in a professional and ethical way
  • Lead from the front and spend the majority of your time fundraising alongside staff members
  • Assist with interviews and trainings to build a dream team
  • Coach, manage, train, and motivate your team to exceed their financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Appraise individual results, set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations and create improvement plans
  • Oversee team logistics including; mapping out fundraising territories, tracking inventory
    creating weekly schedules and monitoring time-sheets
  • Address staff issues

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in face-to-face fundraising or sales
  • Team leadership experience
  • Experience monitoring and reporting performance results and KPIs
  • A track record of training, coaching, motivating and developing fundraisers or sales staff
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • A desire to make a difference for the charity you represent.
