2020 will mark the 15th year of SPRING INTO ACTION (SIA), a not to be missed charity walk/run.
You can help make the 15th Annual "2020 Spring Into Action!" Walk/Run the best yet!
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic leaders to help implement all tasks needed to execute the event. Every committee member will play a key role in both planning and executing the event in order to make a difference.
The annual Spring into Action 5km Walk/Run will take place in May 2020 in central Toronto/Sunnybrook Park.
SIA20 will support CAMH and other youth and mental health initiatives.
This event is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to join the movement in raising awareness within our city and bring the topic of Mental Health more into focus.
Your involvement will offer you a chance to gain leadership experience, be a part of a dynamic team, add valuable experience to your resume as well as meet a lot of great people that share similar values and goals.
Working closely with the founder of SIA, you will coordinate and delegate tasks that will help organize swag, track participation rates, and work on materials that will be handed out on the day of the race.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to volunteers on the day of event that will be responsible for the variety of tasks such as set-up and take-down of all materials, signage, tents, etc., registration, water station, information booths, keeping participants on the route, guiding people to parking, handing out swag, encouraging and cheering on the racers, and event clean-up.

Our goal is to raise funds to support Mental Health awareness through educating and involving the community
Event Proceeds will be donated to CAMH and other youth and mental health initiatives.
