hEr VOLUTION is a not-for-profit organization based in Toronto, Canada, that is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and connecting them with leaders in the industry for career support. Consistently growing and expanding its reach, hEr VOLUTION’s programming and career counselling, breaks barriers for young women and girls to access the booming field of STEM.

Our mission
To advance education by providing workshops and instructional seminars on topics related to STEM for low income and marginalized youth, with a focus on young women and girls. Achieved by providing camps during summer, winter, and spring school breaks that provide programs and activities in related fields.

Our vision

To provide assistance, counselling, and support to young women seeking employment in STEM-related fields who, because of their backgrounds, might not otherwise have access to such employment opportunities.
