FREE WEBINAR: No Ratings Performance Management: Lessons for Success

More than ever we’re hearing about organizations transforming their old fashioned, annual reviews of past performance into headline grabbing, new school, no-rating performance processes. Our free webinar will introduce you to this new approach!

Focused on leveraging performance through frequent meaningful discussion, no rating performance processes have a unique opportunity to succeed in the nonprofit world, where performance is commonly driven by a shared sense of purpose and focus on development, over monetary rewards.

But, even though managers and employees seem to agree that old school performance management doesn’t work, the journey to transform is easier said than done. How does an organization actually go about making the switch? In this session, Vincent Chow, Partner and Co-founder of LoganHR, will share case study examples, insights and lessons learned to determine if a no ratings process is right for your organization, and how to successfully shift to this new approach if it’s right for you.

What's a webinar?

Think of a webinar as a way to attend a conference without leaving your workplace or home. Using your computer and telephone, you can hear a presentation (like a conference call) and also see the presenter's slides (watching over an internet connection). You won't be able to see the presenter, or others attending the program -- and they won't be able to see you. You will be able to ask questions - the webinar can be as interactive as you want to make it. The webinar will also be recorded and made available to you after the session, so there's no need for frantic note-taking!
