Adobe

The Adobe Foundation supports programs and organizations that help make communities better, stronger, and more vibrant places to live, work, and do business. Adobe partners with employees to direct where Adobe Foundation funds are locally distributed through the Adobe Employee Community Fund. These grants are employee-directed based on local needs and implemented by Corporate Responsibility Action Teams.

Affinity Credit Union (Regional: Saskatchewan)

Affinity gives at least 3% of its pre-tax income to community charities, including those working in the areas of economic development, the environment, youth programming, arts and culture, affordable housing, community building, healthcare, and agriculture.

Air Canada

The company considers requests for donations from organizations working to improve the lives of Canada's youth as well as those conducting research into diseases. In some cases they make cash donations, in many others they donate promotional tickets.

Alcan Inc.

Through its community investment program, Alcan contributes to Canadian nonprofits and charities in the areas of youth, education, technology, health care research, environment, sports, community services, and the arts.

Allstate Foundation of Canada (National: Markham, ON)

Provides grants to charities and not-for-profit organizations that are involved in a variety of activities and/or educational initiatives around crime prevention, road safety, and home safety.

Allstream (National: Toronto, ON)

Allstream considers sponsorship opportunities in the areas of arts and culture and education. Potential charitable partners must represent organizations that are non-sectarian and non-denominational. They must also share the Allstream commitment to diversity and equal opportunity, ensuring that all segments of society can benefit from programs and services.

Alterna Savings

Alterna commits 2% of their pre-tax profits to the communities they serve. They offer a community grants program, sponsorships, scholarships, and a community micro loan program.

American Express Foundation (National: Markham, ON)

American Express supports nonprofit organizations that are preserving and enriching diverse cultural heritage, developing new leaders for tomorrow, and encouraging community service where its employees and customers live and work.

Anadarko

Anadarko accepts grant proposals from nonprofit organizations within the communities the company operates in. Their grants focus on the areas of education, social service, health, and arts and culture.

Assumption Life

Assumption Life gives preference to donation and sponsorship requests from the health sector, focuing their efforts in the area of cancer research.

AstraZeneca Canada

This company focuses their funding on organizations with educational, research, and health promotion initiatives in health-care fields in which the company also has specific expertise. They also support community initiatives in Mississauga, Ontario and St. Laurent, Quebec, where many of their employees live and work.

Atco Electric

Atco assists charities in the communities in which the company operates. Their main areas of focus are community safety, the environment, education, and community projects such as community services, arts and culture, or community infrastructure.

Aviva Canada Inc. (National: Scarborough, ON)

The Aviva Community Fund (ACF) was created to inspire local or national ideas to create positive changes within communities across Canada. Baxter International Foundation (International: Deerfield, IL)

The Baxter International Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Baxter International Inc., helps organizations increase access to healthcare in the United States and around the world. They focus exclusively on increasing access to healthcare - particularly for the disadvantaged and underserved - in and near communities where Baxter employees live and work.

Bayer (National: Toronto, ON)

Offers monetary contributions, product donations for humanitarian work, and employee volunteer hours to support initiatives in the areas of science and innovation, education, health promotion, and relief and recovery efforts.

BC Hydro - Community Investment

Provides donations, sponsorships and scholarships to support the cultural, social and economic well being of BC's communities.

Bell Canada (Regional: Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Quebec)

Committed to helping build healthy, vibrant and safe communities across the region. We create partnerships with organizations that help our youngest citizens reach their full potential and provide them with the resources they need to grow into happy, healthy adults.

Best Buy Canada

Best Buy supports communities across Canada through various initiatives, including the Best in Class fund which provides technology to schools in need. Local Best Buy stores also have individual giving budgets, with the mandate to donate the funds to local, nonprofit, youth-oriented organizations. They also offer a Community Partner Award program which encourages staff to volunteer time to local nonprofit agencies.

BLG Foundation

The BLG Foundation, run by Borden Ladner Gervais, was created to raise funds and coordinate donations to registered Canadian charities in need of support. The majority of donations are made to charitable, educational, cultural, and social initiatives.

BMO Financial Group

BMO welcomes the opportunity to contribute to both large and small organizations across a variety of areas including education, health, arts and culture, civic and community, and sports and athletics. Although support is broadly based, the focus is on assisting organizations and initiatives that encourage and facilitate learning.

Bravo!FACT (Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent) (National: Toronto, ON)

Bravo!FACT was established in 1995 by the Bravo! New Style Arts Channel to provide grants for the production of Canadian short films, covering a wide range of arts-related disciplines.

Calgary Co-op

Calgary Co-op supports and contributes to local organizations, including providing support to the United Way, the Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank, sponsoring numerous charitable fundraising activities and initiating work experience programs for the physically and intellectually challenged.

Canada Post Foundation for Mental Health

Guided by an independent board, this foundation supports front-line organizations serving patients, consumers, and caregivers while eliminating the stigma of mental illness and raising awareness of how it affects the lives of all Canadians. The foundation receives funds raised by Canada Post and its employees, as well as donations from the public.

Canada Safeway

The Canada Safeway Foundation supports initiatives that feed, protect, and nurture children and families. In addition, the Foundation champions three company-wide causes: breast cancer research, prostate cancer research, and disaster relief in time of crisis.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities

Canadian Tire Jumpstart is a community-based charitable program that helps kids in financial need aged 4 -18 participate in organized sports and recreation such as hockey, dance, soccer and swimming so they can develop important life skills, self esteem and confidence. Canadian Tire's charitable activies also extend into community initiatives, the community crisis program, and the regional disaster recovery program.

Canfor (Regional: Vancouver, BC)

Canfor focuses its philanthropic activities in its operating communities in northern British Columbia and Alberta. It offers support in the areas of youth and education, community enhancement, forestry and environment, amateur sports, and health and wellness.

CIBC Community Investment Program

As one of Canada's largest corporate donors, CIBC is committed to fostering strong, healthy communities. Its support extends to health, education, community, arts and culture, the environment and United Way agencies, with a focus on youth.

Coast Capital Savings (Regional: BC)

Coast Capital Savings provides funds to local nonprofit organizations that help families achieve economic success, build leadership skills in youth, revitalize local economies, and improve access to social, educational, and training opportunities. In addition to community grants, they have a number of other programs including community sponsorships, education awards, and partnerships.

CN Community Investment Program

CN focuses its funding in four core areas: community safety, transportation education, community response, and United Way/Centraide.

ConocoPhillips Canada

ConocoPhillips provides grants and contributions to nonprofits in communities where their employees live and work. They focus mainly on initiatives that benefit education, the environment, and health and safety.

Co-operators (The)

As a financial services organization providing insurance and financial service products, we have a responsibility to support the efforts of charitable organizations in Canada to ensure a safer, healthier and happier environment. In reviewing requests for funding, the following four main criteria are considered: to help a significant number of people; to help people help themselves; to have local Co-operators Board and/or staff involvement and/or support; to have broad community support.

Corus Entertainment

A Canadian-based media and entertainment company, Corus offers assistance in the areas of public benefit, corporate sponsorship, charitable donations, and local fundraising. Established funds relate primarily to the arts and assisting new and upcoming entertainers and producers. The primary focus of their giving strategy is on improving the lives of Canadian children by supporting programs that support play and development through arts and entertainment and improving the lives of Canadian women and their families by supporting programs and initiatives that offer training, skills development and tools that enhance the economic and personal independence of women.

Delta Hotels

The Delta Helps program supports various initiatives including an adopt-a-shelter program where local women's shelters are provided with personal goods, bedding, towels, and other related items. They also have a community cruiser that visits local events encouraging community volunteerism.

Desjardins

Desjardins provides donations, sponsorships, and scholarships in communities across Canada. Desjardins and its network of caisses and subsidiaries support numerous community endeavours that contribute to economic development, health, the environment, community services, education, arts and culture, as well as sports and leisure. Devon Canada

Since their inception, Devon Canada’s three signature programs: Investing in People, Science Giants, and Safe and Healthy Communities, have aimed to support and improve organizations in the communities where Devon employees live and work. Devon’s signature grants serve to help community organizations with capacity building and recruitment, innovation and science education, and safe and healthy lifestyles for individuals, youth and families in Devon’s operating areas.

Dofasco

This company funds registered charities and incorporated not-for-profit organizations that focus on any one of these sectors: arts and culture, civic and community, environment and conservation, education, health care, human and social services, and sports and recreation.

EnCana (International: Calgary, AB)

The company's four focus areas include: youth & education; health & wellness; the environment, and community development; with an emphasis on the communities and regions where EnCana has an operating interest.

ENMAX Corporation (Regional: Alberta)

ENMAX Corporation supports the communities it serve through investing in youth, the environment, and safety. The company primarily gives to programs that invest in the development of life-skills and learning of youth, as well as those that promote environmental responsibility, particularly in the area of energy conservation. They also have a strong commitment to electrical safety.

EPCOR (Regional: Western Canada)

EPCOR considers participation in community programs that are based in communities where they operate and are focused on life’s essentials: food, water, shelter, safety, energy and education. To receive funding from EPCOR's Community Investment program, your organization must be a registered nonprofit or charitable organization in good standing with the approving authorities.

The Epicure Foundation™ (National)

The Epicure Foundation™ is committed to promoting food security in Canada. To support this vision, the Epicure Foundation™ runs the Community Initiative National Grant Program, which awards grants of up to $5,000 and in-kind donation packs valued at $250, $500 and $750 to community initiatives across Canada supporting food security.

Fairmont Hotels and Resorts (International: Toronto, ON)

The Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Charitable Donations Program aspires to epitomize "Social Partnership," by ensuring that relationships are developed and fostered that address broader social issues, allowing an environment of both increasing involvement and increasing benefits to all concerned.

FedEx Canada (National: Mississauga, ON)

FedEx is especially interested in supporting nonprofit organizations that request: 5% or less of a total project budget; contingency grants; or seed monies with the thought that other sources will contribute matching amounts. Charitable shipping is limited to emergency, disaster or life-threatening situations coordinated through a nonprofit organization, disaster relief agency, or agency of the federal, provincial, or local government.

Finning Canada (National: Edmonton, AB)

Finning's community investment program provides program funding to registered nonprofit organizations working in the field of education, particularly those dealing with the trades industry, as well as health organizations.

First Calgary Savings

First Calgary Savings' Learning Opportunities Donation Program provides funding for staff training and organizational development for nonprofit groups based in Calgary.

Fluor

Fluor's giving programs focus on community organizations in those locations around the world where the company has a presence. They support organizations working in education, human services, culture, and public affairs.

General Motors of Canada Limited

General Motors of Canada Limited believes that providing support in the communities in which it operates and has a significant employee population is of vital importance. Areas of focus include education, the environment, and civic causes.

George Weston Limited

George Weston Limited and its subsidiaries are committed to improving the quality of life in their local communities, and believe that business should partner with its employees to make a positive contribution to community organizations. Contributions of both cash and in-kind donations are made to voluntary organizations.

GlaxoSmithKline Canada

Committed to improving the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer. Charitable and community programs support projects that are innovative, sustainable and results-oriented.

Google Grants (National)

Google Grants is an in-kind donation program awarding free AdWords advertising to selected charitable organisations. Google supports organizations sharing their philosophy of community service in areas such as science and technology, education, global public health, the environment, youth advocacy, and the arts.

Gore Mutual Insurance Company Foundation (National)

The foundation's mission is to support the communities served by Gore Mutual Insurance Company by aiding social services, education, health, cultural and environmental activities as may be in the best interest of these communities.

Green Apple School Program (Ontario and Quebec)

The Green Apple School Program is a Metro initiative created to encourage conservation and healthy living. They provide grants of $1,000 grants to primary and secondary schools with big ideas for green projects in their communities.

Honda Canada Foundation

At the heart of its charitable focus, the Honda Canada Foundation values: education, environment, and engineering. The Foundation uses these three areas as guiding principles in its charitable focus on the belief that a healthy understanding of each area will help both individuals and communities flourish.

Hewlett Packard (HP) Canada

HP's philanthropy and education programs focus on developing and supporting programs and partnerships that showcase HP technology while promoting educational opportunity and e-inclusion for people in underserved communities in Canada and around the world.

Hbc Foundation

Each year the Hbc Foundation, by working closely with local and national organizations across the country, invests more than $10 million towards three key areas: building healthy families, building strong communities, and inspiring Canadians.

Home Depot Canada Foundation

The Home Depot Canada Foundation believes that good neighbours make great neighbourhoods. The foundation is dedicated to the development of affordable, sustainable housing and the creation of vibrant, environmentally responsible communities for Canadians.

Imperial Oil Charitable Foundation

Over half of the foundation's grants are in the field of education. About 30% are made to programs in the fields of community activities, health, social services and civic causes, and about 15% of grants are made to arts and culture activities in communities where Imperial Oil has employees.

Indigo Love of Reading Fund

The Indigo Love of Reading Fund provides new books and learning materials to high-needs elementary schools, enhancing the literacy and self-esteem of students. Indigo Books & Music Inc. commits more than $1.5 million annually to schools across the country.

Investors Group

Investors Group is committed to supporting grassroots programs that benefit local communities directly and with immediacy. Recipient organizations fall within one of these general categories: arts and culture, civic causes, education and youth, environment, health, social services, and amateur sport and recreation.

Irving Oil Company - Community Giving Program (Regional: Atlantic Canada)

A strong supporter of communities throughout Atlantic Canada, Irving is involved in the regions where its employees and customers live and work. The company has identified three key areas of giving: environment, education, and community need.

Island Farms (Regional: BC)

Through their Daisy Dollars program, Island Farms provides funding to BC nonprofits who collect UPCs (bar codes) from Island Farms products.

Island Savings Credit Union (Regional: BC)

Island Savings supports local community groups with initiatives to improve families' quality of life and build strong communities. They also offer scholarships, community partnerships, and sponsorships.

Jarden Consumer Solutions (Regional: Brampton, ON)

The employee-funded JCS Canada Charity Fund provides annual grants to charitable organizations located in the various communities where their employees live, work and care for their families. Applications are reviewed quarterly where first-time grants are allowable up to $5,000 and focus on the areas of: at-risk women, families and youth, and food programs.

Jays Care Foundation (Regional: Toronto, ON)

Jays Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club, empowers children and youth in need, inspiring them to make positive choices and helping them realize their dreams by providing access to programs that support physical activity, education, and life-skill development.

Keg Spirit Foundation (National: Richmond, BC)

The foundation concentrates on supporting charities that focus on the development of children and youth. Letters of interest are accepted throughout the year, and grants are expected to be in the amount of $5,000.

KIND Causes (International)

KIND Causes is a monthly grant program under The KIND Foundation – a separate charitable entity established by KIND Healthy Snacks. Through KIND Causes, the Foundation gives a $10,000 grant each month to a winner chosen by you – the community. We invite our community to vote for their favourite causes and each vote is a pledge to carry out a kind act in one’s own life. To apply you must be an individual above 18 years of age and living in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec) or a charitable organization that has obtained federal registration with the Canada Revenue Agency.

KPMG Foundation

In addition to providing grants to post-secondary institutions across Canada, the KPMG Foundation supports a wide variety of activities relating to healthcare, children and youth needs, communities, and the environment, although grants to organizations in other fields are made. They also run an employee matching donation program.

Loblaw

Loblaw provides a number of forms of community investment, including administering the President's Choice Children's Charity Foundation. They also offer local store donations and grants, an after school program grant, and a colleague volunteer grant program. The company's granting priorities include healthy kids, green communities, and the support of local food banks.

Longest Yard Children's Fund

This registered charity raises funds from restaurant patrons and friends and makes grants to Toronto organizations that help kids from low-income families have fun, join in, and get ahead through after-school educational, recreational, and social programs.

Manulife Financial

By promoting healthy futures, supporting leaders of tomorrow and by being a partner in the community, globally, Manulife Financial is committed to giving back to the community.

Maple Lodge Farms Foundation (National: Brampton, ON)

Funds donated directly by Maple Lodge Farms and other sources are administered by the foundation and used to provide the advancement of education, the community and scientific research.

Maple Leaf Foods

Philanthropic giving focuses on three sectors: effective health research and services; community and social services programs; and education, particularly in the area of food nutrition research.

Mastercard Foundation

The foundation's mission is to advance effective and innovative programs in microfinance and youth education worldwide. Their goal is to help create opportunities for people to harness their own skills and resources to improve their quality of life.

McKesson Foundation (National)

McKesson offers regional grants across Canada to organizations whose mission is to assist children and youth in the areas of health and education. This unique program allows McKesson Canada employees who volunteer with local organizations to bring forward projects that they are working on. Additionally, McKesson encourages employees to volunteer by offering a charitable incentive program, and also a matching gift program.

Meridian Credit Union (Regional: Ontario)

Through our Good Neighbour Program, Meridian supports a broad range of events and initiatives that make our neighbourhoods strong, vibrant and inclusive. They support organizations and causes that contribute to local economic development, the social fabric of the community or improving the local environment. They also look for events that engage their employees in the community.

Metropolis at Metrotown (Local: Burnaby, BC)

This shopping centre's community fund supports nonprofits in Burnaby, New Westminster, and East Vancouver. Funds are raised via the Metropolis Express, a small ride-along train that runs on the main floor of the centre. Rules for applications, as well as application forms, are available online.

Microsoft Canada

Microsoft assists charities, nonprofits, and community groups across the country with support through financial aid, software, services, and volunteer support by its employees.

Miller Thomson Foundation

The purpose of the Miller Thomson Foundation is to encourage and promote the attainment of higher educational goals for individuals who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement, have made a positive contribution to their school through involvement in extracurricular activities, and have made significant contributions of time and energy to community service programmes.

MLSE Foundation (Regional: Toronto, ON)

Run by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, this is the official foundation of four local sports teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors. The foundation funds projects focusing on at-risk youth in Ontario, including projects that involve hockey, basketball, soccer, or other physical education intiatives, as well as community and social services programs.

Molson Inc.

Molson gives to the community through a variety of initiatives that help build consumer loyalty and establish the Molson presence in large and small communities across Canada. Funding interests include youth leadership, volunteers, education, and sports.

Mountain Equipment Co-Op (MEC)

MEC focuses their community funding and support on wilderness conservation and environmental education; and supporting people in achieving the benefits of self-propelled wilderness-oriented recreation in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. MEC also supports the promotion of cooperative principles and sustainable business practices.

Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation

The Montreal Canadiens Childrenís Foundation provides help and support to children in need. The foundation approves and supports projects that are aimed at underprivileged youth up to 17 years of age and whose objectives are: a healthy lifestyle through regular, physical activity and healthy eating habits and personal development through educational recreational activities.

MTV Staying Alive Foundation (International)

As a global grant-making organization, the foundationís mission is to encourage, energize, and empower young people who are involved in HIV/AIDS awareness, education, and prevention campaigns. They do this by presenting the Staying Alive Awards (with an accompanying grant) to young individuals and youth groups who are focused on stopping the spread of HIV and who have demonstrated the potential to become future leaders.

Nestle Canada

Nestle Canada's charitable and nonprofit support is directed toward programs and organizations that support healthy active living, with specific emphasis on encouraging physical activity in children, youth, and their families, all in a non-competitive setting.

Nissan Canada Foundation

Dedicated to serving Canadian senior citizens, the foundation helps raise and distribute funds to nonprofit organizations that serve seniors. It also works to raise awareness about the needs and concerns of seniors.

Ontario Power Generation

The company's corporate citizenship program complements employees' individual contributions by supporting not-for-profit organizations and local groups undertaking innovative programs to strengthen and support healthy, vibrant communities. Of particular interest to Ontario Power Generation are programs that promote environmental initiatives and excellence in science and technology.

Oracle Canada

Through Oracle Giving, Oracle Canada responds directly to the financial needs of medical research, endangered animal protection, environmental protection, and K-12 math, science and technology education.

PetSmart Charities

Formed to fight pet overpopulation, this division of the PetSmart company provides a multitude of resources to animal welfare organizations, including spay/neuter and horse care grants.

President's Choice Children's Charity

The President's Choice Children's Charity is dedicated to helping children who are physically or developmentally challenged. They help families who have children born with disablities such as Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, and Muscular Dystrophy.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada Foundation

Through the Leadership Grants program, the foundation offers grants to existing or emerging charity leaders to support the advancement of their professional development and organizational goals.

Rexall Foundation

The Rexall Foundation supports reputable community and health-based charitable organizations and causes across the country, particularly in the areas of health research, health promotion, disease prevention, and hospital and local health care needs. Funds are raised through store coin boxes and fundraising events such as the annual Rexall Foundation Golf Classic.

Rick and Sue Foundation

The Rick and Sue Foundation works hard to improve the poverty situation in Surrey and the surrounding greater Vancouver area by funding community building events and charities, addiction recovery centres and collecting monetary and clothing donations.

Royal Bank Financial Group

Saputo

Shoppers Drug Mart Life Foundation

The Shoppers Drug Mart Life Foundation supports the health of Canadian women in body, mind and spirit, helping them live life to the fullest. They focus their giving on programs that promote good health, prevent diseases, and help Canadian women lead stronger, healthier lives.

Sifton Family Foundation

Established in 1989, Sifton Family Foundation provides support to a wide range of community projects. Those working with children, youth, and families, with an emphasis on the issue of teen pregnancy, are particularly favoured.

Sodexo Foundation

The Sodexo Foundation is an independent charitable organization that sponsors and supports hunger-related initiatives, targeting the root causes of hunger in Canada.

Softchoice

Softchoice Cares is an employee-driven philanthropic program focused on creating equal access to education and knowledge through technology. Our POWER UP technology grants provide access to technology and 21st century learning for publicly-funded elementary and middle schools in disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Schools in Toronto and Montreal (as well as Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas and Atlanta) serving students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 are eligible to apply for grants of up to $10,000 (one grant per city, in local currency) in 2016.

Staples Business Depot supports organizations and initiatives that focus on education, environment and entrepreneurship.

State Farm Insurance

State Farm is committed to supporting initiatives that promote safety, excellence in education, and community development. They offer various grant programs for registered Canadian charities in the provinces of Alberta, Ontario and New Brunswick. Celebrate My Drive, Neighbourhood Assist, and the Youth Advisory Board are a few examples of the grant programs they offer.

Established in June of 2011, the Tradebank Foundation of Canada and the Tradebank Funds Matching program has enjoyed steady growth. Through the Tradebank Canada network of more than 3000 businesses and growing, the Foundation works to help charities, including private schools, colleges and universities, come closer to achieving their goals of impacting the lives of those they serve.

TransAlta

TransAlta invests in various programs that enhance the communities it serves, specifically those programs focused on one or more of the following areas: education, arts and culture, the environment, and health and human services.

TransCanada

TransCanada offers funding assistance and in-kind gifts of furniture, computer equipment, and vehicles to nonprofits who meet their funding guidelines and focus on one of five key areas: education, health, human services, environment, and civic investment.

Unilever Canada

Unilever Canadaís community vitality initiative focuses mainly on the two areas that they feel are most significant to Canada and its people, helping the healthy development of children between the ages of 0-5, and the environment by protecting rivers, lakes and wetlands.

UPS Foundation

UPS operations around the world have responsibility for managing grant programs - they identify needs in their communities, find suitable charitable organizations to support, and then recommend those organizations for grants. Grants are typically given to organizations working at the grassroots level.

Walmart Canada

Walmart's Good Works program offers support to Canadian, focusing on donating and raising money, as well as increasing awareness for Canadian charities and organizations in need. Organizations interested in receiving support from Walmart Canada must email a one page proposal or request, including a short description of the organization.

Westminster Savings

Through their community investment initiative, Project Better Balance, Westminster Savings is committed to helping individuals and families achieve better balance in their lives by providing greater access to arts and active living opportunities in the communities where they live and work. Through their annual foundation grants, Wesminster Savings supports: programming which promotes hands-on engagement with the arts; exposure and access to arts performances/exhibitions and education; projects or programs which build community and promote social connectedness through the arts and/or recreational opportunities; and projects or programs enabling and encouraging indoor/outdoor recreational activity and inclusivity for individuals with barriers to participation.

Whistler Blackcomb Foundation (Regional: Whistler, BC)

The Whistler Blackcomb Foundation is provides financial support to registered nonprofit organizations whose activities provide benefit to residents of the Sea to Sky Corridor in the areas of health, human services, education, recreation, arts and culture and the environment with an emphasis on children, youth and family programs.

Whole Foods Market (National)

Each Whole Foods store is responsible for community giving within their local area. Not only does each store provide food to local food banks and shelters, but they also hold several "5%" days throughout the year, where 5% of the sales of that day are donated to local groups. Donation request forms are available from each individual store.

Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation

The Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation is the charitable arm of the Winnipeg Jets, and the charity of choice for the MTS Centre. The foundation allows players and their partners, coaches, board members, and True North staff to contribute to the community of Manitoba in a concerted and centralized manner.

Xerox Canada - Community Contribution Programs

Xerox Canada supports registered charities, particularly those that focus on information technology literacy, through scholarships, matching gifts, and other donation programs.
