We seek a dynamic, organized, and team oriented individual to assume a robust position that supports Professional Development Program services and events in a small health care focused professional association office. You’ll thrive planning and coordinating educational workshops and webinars, providing administrative support to practice support services and resource development, and promoting and marketing services in communications and on the association website.

The Medical Receptionist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of clients in Primary Care. The basic functions of the position are phone and client reception, client intake, booking of appointments, chart preparation and maintenance, and rostering of clients.
