Addictions Case Manager

The Addictions Case Manager will work with Pre/Post Natal women who are experiencing mental health and addictions issues. The will meet with clients regularly at the facility or in the community, and provide case management services and advocacy.


This role will undertake the traditional duties as an Auntie. The Ninoshe will support families by attending their homes to help with day-to-day tasks, and will help them set and obtain goals. This position will work very closely with families involved in Child Welfare, and will support and advocate for them. This position also involves group facilitation about parenting.

Grant Research & Writing Support (twice a week) – Starting April 2020 (3-6 months)

Support the development of grant applications/proposals in line with ANIDA’s 2020 grant strategy by conducting research on topical issues relevant to the program countries and writing the first drafts of applications.

Case Manager, Community Healing Project

We are seeking a Case Manager, Community Healing Project, who will work closely with the Community Healing Project team, partnering agencies, relevant systems, and other youth serving/community agencies to support project participants through one on one case management and facilitate appropriate referrals. The Community Healing Project is a City of Toronto project delivered in partnership with Stella’s Place, St. Stephen’s Community House, Agincourt Community Services Association, Jane and Finch Family Centre and Yorktown Family Services. As the Case Manager, you will work with youth from across the City of Toronto between the ages of 18 – 29, with lived experience of community violence exposure and other intersecting vulnerabilities.

MTCP is seeking volunteers to fill positions on their Board of Directors


We are a BC union representing hotel and service workers. We recently led a 59-Day strike at Rosewood Hotel Georgia and a 28-Day strike at 3 other Vancouver downtown hotels. As part of our post-strike plan, we are looking to work with volunteers interested in organizing and social justice. As part of our program, we provide an internship in organizing, leadership and activism for social justice.
