Instructor Therapist

The TRE-ADD Program at Surrey Place is seeking an Instructor Therapist to provide individualized ABA treatment to children and youth up to the age of 18 within Section 23 classrooms. Clients receiving service in this program have a diagnosis of Autism and other Developmental Disorders and exhibit severe behavioural, communication, socialization and learning challenges. Clinical supervision and guidance will be provided by a Supervising Therapist and a Clinical Supervisor.

Please note that Instructor Therapists may on occasion be reassigned to other Section 23 classrooms to support short term clinical needs.

Indigenous Early Years Program Manager

The Early Years Program Manager is a dynamic individual who is self-directed, strengths based and passionate about Indigenous culture-centred early years programs and services. The Early Years Program Manager is responsible for leadership, development, implementation, program oversight and management of Aboriginal Infant Development, Aboriginal Supported Child Development, Child and Youth Special Needs Guide, and Aboriginal Early Childhood Development programs

ABA Developmental Service Worker

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, The ABA Developmental Service Worker works directly with adults with an ASD and complex needs in a group day program setting. ABA Developmental Service Workers deliver skill building and behaviour support programs to assist with successful community inclusion.

Residential Counselor Aide

Carebridge Community Support is seeking Residential Counsellor Aides in Smiths Falls and Almonte areas in Developmental Services. We are a multi-service agency with one of its functions being a provider of support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The Residential Counselor Aide (RCA) is an advocate for individuals and is responsible for helping to develop and implement Person Centered Plans in accordance with residents’ individual needs. The RCA is also responsible for assisting residents in achieving their potential in activities of daily living and administering resident care as required.

Casual Residential Night Aide

Carebridge Community Support is seeking Casual Residential Night Aides in Smiths Falls and Almonte areas in Developmental Services. We are a multi-service agency with one of our functions being a provider of support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The Night Aide is responsible for the well-being of the residents during the night, ensuring that each receives the proper care required. The Night Aide will also supervise the morning routine until he/she goes off duty.

Educational Resource Workers (ERWs) work as collaborative team members to facilitate the inclusion of students with differing abilities/diverse learning needs. Actual duties are assigned as determined by students needs as per Ministry of Education regulations and Board policies, procedures and practices.
