Specialist, Event Planning and Execution

Reporting to the Director Event Planning and Execution, the Specialist Event Planning and Execution supports the planning and coordination of HRPA corporate events most notably the Annual Conference, helping to ensure they run smoothly and according to plan. S/he also supports in an advisory capacity the planning and execution of events at the Chapter level.

Research and Academic Grants Coordinator

Job Purpose
Reporting administratively to the HR Business Partner, receiving functional direction from the Deputy Director of the Risk and Insurance Studies Centre (RISC) Organized Research Unit, the Research and Academic Grants Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to RISC and RISC’s research projects.

Within HRPA, The Annual Conference Department, supports the procurement, promotion, administration and evaluation of the Associations Annual Conference. Under the direction of the Director Events and Sponsorships, the Specialist, Sales and Sponsorships contributes to the financial success of the Association through developing new business and commercial partnerships that generates revenue for the Association’s flagship event. Committee Chair for Alzheimer Society of Toronto Walk for Alzheimer’s

The Walk for Alzheimer’s Committee Chair (or Co-Chairs) will work with the guidance and support of Alzheimer Society Toronto’s Community Events Manager to lead a Walk on Saturday, May 30, 2020. Supported by a Walk Committee, the Chair is responsible for the successful staging of the Walk event in your community. The Chair has a primary role in achieving fundraising goals by recruiting, leading and motivating committee members.
