Finance and Administration Manager

The Finance and Administration Manager is a key leadership position within the Arts Council senior management team, overseeing the organization’s finance and administration functions. Reporting to and working closely with the Artistic and Executive Director, the Finance and Administration Manager maintains effective and efficient fiscal, administrative, and human resource systems that support the strategic and operational policies and frameworks set out by Arts Council’s Board of Directors and Finance Committee.

Abilities Expo – Health Day, Volunteers

World Health Day is a global health awareness occasion celebrated every year on April 7th. The event takes place at the Roundhouse Community Centre from 11:00 am-4:00 pm. World Health Day’s message is simple: giving people access to healthcare without the prospect of financial hardship.

Finance and Office Manager

Director, Business Support Services

As a strategic business partner, the Director is responsible for being the operational force behind Human Resources, Philanthropy, Facilities, and Information Technology.

Facility Host

The Office/Facility Host is the public face of the Canadian Memorial community, acting on behalf and reporting to
the Administrator. The Host’s work involves greeting the public, assisting renters using CMUC buildings,
performing office tasks, and helping to maintain our buildings by doing room set ups, tear downs, and light
cleaning. This position will have regularly scheduled hours on Saturdays (applicants must be available Saturdays), sometime between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with an average of 20 hours per month. There may be a potential for additional, on-call hours weekday evenings for occasional vacation or sick coverage of other staff.

Manager, Building Services

This position reports to the Director of Property Management, and operates within a department team. It is a key leadership role in the Building Services department in which you will provide supervision and direction to Caretakers and Maintenance Workers. You will supervise contractors and staff ensuring the assigned portfolio of buildings meets required codes and corrective and preventative maintenance systems.

Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator fills an important role at the Aurora Food Pantry. Working with the Operations Manager this person will manage the: warehouse, volunteers, and assist with serving our clients.

Co-op / Non-Profit Housing Administrator – Kingston #485

Client-focused Co-op Housing Coordinator required for two co-ops located in Kingston. Commitment to safe, affordable housing, along with excellent admin and customer service skills required. Must have the ability to work independently, while consulting regularly with your manager. Experience working with a non-profit board of directors preferred.

Executive Director

Grande Prairie Gymnastics Center is seeking a compassionate, community-minded individual to take on the role of Executive Director for their non-profit organization which provides high quality recreational opportunities to children while inspiring a foundation of excellence in the Grande Prairie community.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will ensure the objectives of the Organization are being achieved in accordance with the Board’s strategic direction. The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing lead staff and budgets, implementing policies and programs, and building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Executive Associate

As a critical member of the OELC/CASO leadership team, the Executive Associate assumes a comprehensive role in a wide range of functions that support the Executive Director in the leadership of the effective and efficient operations of the Centre, its governance and administrative functions, communications and correspondence, course registration and support of course programs. As the ‘manager of first impressions’ the Executive Associate serves as the first line of communication for many OELC/CASO stakeholders – education community members, user groups, system partners, alumni, sponsors, donors and community partners. The Executive Associate will support the Executive Director with health, safety, and compliance requirements, and governance processes, ensuring that all board, committee and stakeholder reports are complete.
