Facility Host

The Facility Host is the public face of the Canadian Memorial community, acting on behalf and reporting to
the Administrator. The Host’s work involves greeting the public, assisting renters using CMUC buildings,
performing office tasks, and helping to maintain our buildings by doing room set ups, tear downs, and light
cleaning. This position will have regularly scheduled hours on Saturdays (applicants must be available Saturdays), sometime between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with an average of 20 hours per month. There may be a potential for additional, on-call hours weekday evenings for occasional vacation or sick coverage of other staff.

Manager, Building Services

It is a key leadership role in the Building Services department in which you will provide supervision and direction to Caretakers and Maintenance Workers. You will supervise contractors and staff ensuring the assigned portfolio of buildings meets required codes and corrective and preventative maintenance systems.
