Smart Serve Ontario is the provincially recognized Responsible Alcohol Beverage Training Service Training Program for the Ontario hospitality industry since 1995. It is an independent, self-financed provincial association dedicated to providing state-of-the-art training, certification and increased awareness for responsible alcohol sales, service and consumption.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director directs a small professional team and a $2 million budget in delivering Smart Serve’s programs and services across Ontario. The preferred candidate will be a committed team player, effective organizational manager and a dynamic relationship builder who has demonstrated management experience and aligned educational achievement. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, can effectively operate in social media environments and will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Smart Serve Ontario requires a dynamic and proactive leader, who is results driven, and can build a culture of engagement and performance. The position is located in Toronto and requires provincial travel.
