On April 30, join us for a free webinar to learn new ways of approaching career management, from an organization and an individual level.
Since CERIC published the *free* playbook Retain and Gain: Career Management for Non-profits and Charities, author Lisa Taylor has worked with nonprofit groups across the country. At every workshop, leadership team strategy session and conference, Lisa has noted a deep interest in how future-of-work trends are impacting the sector and careers. This webinar pulls all of these conversations together as if we were in a single national conversation on the future of work. It focuses on how new approaches to career ownership and the relationships between employers and employees are impacting the sector. Prepare to have your own career thinking challenged and to be inspired to reconsider what it means to have a nonprofit career.
Topic: Retain and Gain: How career ownership is transforming nonprofits and charities
Date: Thursday, April 30 at 1pm ET / 10am PT (webinar is one hour in length)
Audience: Nonprofit professionals who manage others and/or who would like to learn more about career management and future of work.
Cost: Free – Register Now
Important Note: While registration is open to all, attendance is limited to the first 1,000 people to sign onto the live session. We suggest signing on five minutes early to have the best chance of getting on the live session. What’s a webinar?
Think of a webinar as a way to attend a conference without leaving your workplace or home. Using your computer and telephone, you can hear a presentation (like a conference call) and also see the presenter’s slides (watching over an internet connection). You won’t be able to see the presenter, or others attending the program — and they won’t be able to see you. You will be able to ask questions – the webinar can be as interactive as you want to make it. The webinar will also be recorded (recording available for 30 days after the live webinar) and made available to you after the session, so there’s no need for frantic note-taking!
