Front Host-Evening/Weekend

As the first face families and guests see when

they enter the House, Front Desk Hosts play a

vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and

secure environment. You’re not just at the desk

—you’re the heartbeat of the house.

Key Responsibilties

Greet families and guests with warmth and compassion

Answer the phone and direct calls or messages as needed

Monitor the front entrance and buzz in visitors

Ensure all visitors sign in and wear appropriate visitor tags

Answer questions and support families with information or directions

Accept donations, packages, and mail and record appropriately

Manage cash box reconciliation at the end of each shift

Support health protocols; ensuring guests sanitize their shoes upon entry

Monday - Sunday

9 am - 1 pm | 1 pm - 5 pm | 5 pm - 8 pm
