Canuck Place Children’s Hospice is British Columbia and the Yukon’s only pediatric palliative care provider. For three decades, Canuck Place has helped give short lives the gift of great days. The team of compassionate clinical experts support families to make lasting memories and live life to the fullest through pain and symptom management, medical respite care, a provincial 24-Hour Clinical Care Line, grief and bereavement counselling, art and education, music and recreation therapy, and loving end-of-life care.
